Approaching relationships when you feel like you are not enough as a person.

It’s a horrible feeling to have to feel like you are not enough as a person, but most people don’t understand how this feeling is ruining their relationships.

When we feel like we’re not enough, we actually become like a small emotional black hole. This black hole sucks in all the positive feelings around it. We might find ourselves becoming too needy and needing people to give us approval, which becomes the reason why people don’t want to be friends with us anymore.

Nothing from outside of us can affect how we feel about ourselves on the inside in a permanent way. Only you can change if you feel like you’re enough as a person.

You can be a person that isn’t attractive, but if you think you’re enough, then you are enough! Same with finance, relationships, anything. You don’t need other people to tell you if you are less of a person or not. You decide that.

The best part here is You hold ALL the leverage. 

Only you can control how you feel about yourself. We need to stop give everyone else the ability to judge us.
